We offer Free Shipping on all orders above Rs.499. For orders below Rs.499, we charge a flat Shipping fees of Rs.49. All orders are shipped on the next day - excluding Sundays & public holidays. Our courier partners deliver your order usually within 4-7 days from the date of dispatch.

Returns & Refunds

We have a 15 days no-questions-asked return policy, this return window starts from the date of delivery. Refunds are processed after receipt of the product back in our warehouse, it will take between 7-10 days for you to receive the refund.

Your Protecta product is covered under a 1 Year Warranty from the date of purchase, this warranty covers material & workmanship defects. Please note, our warranty does not cover normal wear & tear under normal usage or damage on account of unreasonable use.
