An important aspect of our design process is functionality. If a product looks good but performs at a sub-optimal level functionally – we have no other option but to reject the design. And this happens quite often.

We also hate bags which are efficiently functional but not aesthetically pleasing – these are rejected as well.

us offer an excellent blend of form & function.

We use top of the line fabrics from India’s top manufacturers, in fact some of these fabrics are specially made for us. The hardware used in our bags is again top-notch coming from the largest and best quality manufacturer in India.

Customised Products & Bulk Orders

If you want a single unit customisation is not viable.

We have done this for some of India’s top corporates & start-ups, and we can efficiently do the same for you.

Depending on the order quantity, branding can be done by way of embroidery, transfer labels or even custom metal or rubber labels.

Branding is possible, the way to put your logo on these bags would be dependent on the timelines involved.

We Ship Fast! Usually orders are shipped on the same day or the next day, excluding Sundays & other national holidays

We use leading courier companies to ship all orders.

Good question. Most order are delivered between 3-7 days after dispatch. The timelines vary as per the distance of your location from our warehouse - which is in the western part of the country.

We ship orders across India, and within 1 business day or less of ordering.

We offer Free Shipping on all Prepaid Orders. Yay!

We charge a flat Rs.50 fee for all COD orders. There are extra costs involved in fulfilling COD orders and to cover only a part of that cost we charge extra for COD orders.

As soon as we ship your order, we will send across an email with the details of the shipment including the tracking ID.

In case you have deleted the email by mistake or can't locate the same, simple get in touch with us and we will check and share the status.

Returns & Cancellations

If you change your mind after placing an order please send us an email ASAP to support@protecta.in - if the order has still not shipped, we will hold the shipment, cancel the
order & process your refund. If the order has already been shipped you can return the shipment as per our return policy.

We offer a 15 days no-questions-asked return policy, this return window starts from the date of delivery.

Once the product is delivered back to us at our warehouse, we will process your refund. Please note it might take 7-10 days for this refund to get credited to your account.

Items bought from our clearance sale events and items which have been used or are missing the original packaging, will not be eligible for refunds.

Refunds for prepaid orders are processed through our payment gateway and are credited to the same account through which the payment was made while placing the order. While requesting return for COD orders please share bank details for refund processing.


We use top grade materials and high quality workmanship to craft all our products, and hence can confidently stand behind the quality. All our products carry a 1 year warranty.

If you register your purchase on our website, we offer an additional 6 months of warranty support over & above the original 1-year warranty. In short, on registration your product would be covered for 18 months from the original date of purchase. You can register your purchase here.

Any defects in materials or workmanship are covered under warranty.

Any damage on account of unreasonable use and normal wear & tear are not covered under warranty.

This rarely happens, but if you do need to claim warranty, drop us an email at support@protecta.in and we will set things right.

We will assess the defect and at our discretion decide on either replacing the product or repairing it at our cost.

Yes, we do. In case you encounter a problem with your purchase after the warranty period you can get in touch with us, and we will guide you to the best possible solution. Don’t forget to share images of the problem. Any repairs after the warranty period might incur a charge.

No problem. If you purchased our product from any other online or offline retailer, your purchase is covered under warranty. However, hold on to the Invoice as that will be required to claim warranty.
