PROTECTA'S WARRANTY POLICY
Most Protecta products are covered by our limited 1 year warranty policy. The following are the important part of the warranty offered on our products:
- Any defect arising due to material defect or faulty workmanship is covered under warranty. We will either repair or replace the product at our discretion.
- If you received a defective product out of the box from Protecta.in please drop us an email on support@protecta.in we will do everything possible under the sun to make things right.
- Damage due to abuse or unreasonable use, normal wear & tear, cosmetic defects not affecting the functionality of the product are not covered under warranty.
- Any damage to or loss of contents or a bag, loss of use or loss of time or any other similar expense is not covered under warranty.
- To claim warranty the customer will bear the Courier charges for sending the product to our warehouse.
For repair of products outside Warranty please contact us on support@protect.in and we will set up a call to understand the damage and suggest the best option possible.
