Not Happy with something you bought from us? We are here to help.

What is your Return Policy?

We offer a 15 days no-questions-asked return policy, the return windows start from the date of delivery.To initiate the process simply Contact Us.  Do mention the Order # when you contact us.

Please note that we do not accept returns when the product is not in its original packaging or has been used.

What items qualify for a Return?

Almost Everything.

Gift Cards & Items marked ‘Clearance’ or ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned.

Can I cancel an Order?

You can cancel an order placed with us before it has been shipped by us. You can request cancellation by Contacting Us.

If the item has already been shipped cancellation is not possible, and our Return Policy would be applicable.

How do I ship the item back?

We will try to arrange a Reverse Pick up from your address through our Courier Partners, however please note that this facility is only available on a limited number of pin codes.

If reverse pick up is not available on your pin code, we will inform you through email or phone. In this case you will have to ship the product back to us after properly packing the same. In case you ship the product back to us, we reimburse the courier charges up to Rs.150.

Returns for our products bought at another retailer?

If your product was purchased through other websites or from an offline retailer, we will request you to kindly get in touch with the retailer directly for returns & refunds.

We do offer Warranty for our products bought from other websites or retail stores.

Can I get a replacement?


You can request a replacement by Contacting Us, if your purchase meets the following condition:

  • Within 15 days of purchase.
  • Item is Unused and with the Original Packaging.

Your replacement order will only be processed once the original item has been delivered back to us.

Received a wrong or defective product?

If you have received a wrong product or a defective product or some part from your order with us is missing, please Contact Us. For speedy resolution of the issue please mention the Order #, along with the details of the item which was shipped in error.

We will ensure early resolution by either sharing return instructions or by shipping the missing part of the order.

How do you refund?

Refunds for prepaid orders are processed through the payment gateway and will be credited back to the same account used while placing the order. For COD orders you are required to share bank details for the refund process, or you we can refund in the form of store credits, which can be used to shop on our website. Please note no refund will be processed in case the product being returned is not in its original packing or has been used.
