How much do you charge for shipping?
Currently we offer free shipping of all prepaid orders.

What are the shipping charges for COD orders?
We charge a flat fee of Rs50 for all COD orders. This fee is charged since COD orders have an additional fulfilment cost, and this fee only covers a small part of the additional cost.

When will my order be shipped?
We try & ship all orders on the same day or the next working day. Weekends & other national holidays might cause a slight delay in dispatching of your orders.

When will my order be delivered?
Delivery times are based on your location, usually our courier partners deliver most orders between 3-7 days of dispatch.

How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships we send an email & text message with the tracking details. If needed you can get in touch with our Customer Support for help with tracking your order.

What to do if the package appears damaged at the time of delivery?
In case you feel the package is damaged or been tampered with, we urge you to refuse delivery and immediately get in touch with us on support@protecta.in
